Valentine Menu - £36.00 per person

- White onion & vermouth soup, blue cheese won-ton
- Caramelised chicory tart, confit duck and cranberry salad
- Seared king scallops, cauliflower puree, smoked bacon, paprika oil

- Strawberry jelly sorbet & Champagne granite

- Seared loin of Michael Glikstens Denham Estate fallow venison, celeriac and black truffle gratin, apple puree, red wine jus
- Grilled fillet of Hake, purple spouting broccoli, pearl barley risotto, pink grapefruit beurre blanc
- Ravioli of aubergine and ricotta en croute, sun blushed tomato dressing (v)

- Vanilla and mascarpone cheesecake, poached rhubarb, ginger ice cream
- Assiette of chocolate
Bitter chocolate torte, hot chocolate fondant, white chocolate ice cream
